The gateway does not retain message text, usernames, profile names or raw Instagram identifiers. Anonymous event and Lead_ID records expire after 90 days.

To request earlier deletion, contact the business owner through the official The Hills Wear account and provide the approximate date and time of the conversation. No login credentials, codes or message screenshots are required.
