Instagram gateway privacy

Inbound webhook payloads are accepted only after Meta signature verification. Message text is discarded during request processing and is not logged or stored.

Instagram sender and recipient identifiers are transformed with keyed HMAC before storage. Durable records contain an anonymous Lead_ID, timestamps, event fingerprints and limited referral attribution. Technical records are retained for up to 90 days.

No automated or manual outbound message capability is implemented in this gateway. Store orders, payments and advertising systems are not connected.
